After over a decade in the IT world, I’ve taken my love for detail, problem-solving, and creativity into the kitchen. What began as a passion has become a way to transform simple, natural ingredients into vibrant, edible artworks.
Using fresh fruits and vegetables, seasonal produce, and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, every platter is homemade and thoughtfully composed. Each one is a celebration of colour, texture, and flavour—designed to invite connection, spark conversation, and elevate any gathering.
